I go to the school in question (yes, I really do and this is not a troll) and I would just like to clarify a few points. At this stage I would like to point out that I was for them being taken down. * The cameras could not move* The cameras could not see into cubicles* The cameras were however installed without the school notifying the parents, which was the biggest issue and the reason for the protest* Cameras in toilets are common but must be not pointed at urinals or cubicles.

My son’s middle school had cameras everywhere too, they started using them to really watch his behavior, they complained he ate alone to much, these cameras serve NO PURPOSE ANYWHERE. They suspended other kids for starting food fights and getting to silly in hallways, these people are TYRANTS and not allowing our children to develop HEALTHY AND NORMALLY.
