    Drunk and high on cocaine…why didnt the toronto police check for any impairment…such irrational behavior would warrant it. i hope bryant gets what he deserves…a public lynching would be good!

    not much doubt this is manslaughter or perhaps aggravated murder. Douchebag should go to jail for at least 10 years, maybe 20.

    He can’t plead insanity because he knew exactly what he was doing by driving around the corner out of sight of witnesses. He could have been getting rid of evidence, including concealing the identity of his passenger. That isn’t insanity, that’s calculated. Plus, he knew his rights about the breathalyzer and about contacting the lawyer and the PR firm. No insanity there.

    Okay, good! Part of the pit bull law included a part where dogs can be killed if they display “menacing” behavior. There is no definition to what is considered menacing behavior; innocent dogs have been killed as a result. Perhaps Bryant should be blue juiced for menacing behavior.

    Nope. He can’t say he hit Darcy or didn’t know he was hanging on because he was drunk. Also, to drive that car along the curb without crashing it, while aiming Darcy into trees, hydrant and mailbox shows that Bryant was in full control of his vehicle. What we have here is road rage, but having a history of anger issues isn’t a defense for murder. If anything, it shows the guy was a ticking time bomb and should be put away.
