I use my E-P1 much like a rangefinder, without the optical view finder and have no problems with it. I like the design, and once I started shooting this way, find it more to my liking. As for whether one should consider an entry level SLR, these are two different types of camera. I have several DSLRs and I have the E-P1. They do different things for me when it comes to photography.

This is what I want my EP-? to be:. A rangefinder with optical viewfinder, no video, and two lenses prime lenses. A 14mm (28) pancake, and a 24mm (50ish) pancake lens. I don’t think this is a camera for novices, so come on Oly, stop trying to be godparent to everyone and design a camera for rangefinder users.

Great video Dave. For 600 quid you’d be better off getting an entry level SLR camera no?
