I already have a normal digital camera but I’m considering buying a digital SLR camera that’s better for photography than the one I have. I’m not sure what brand to get though… right now i’ve mostly been looking at Canons and Nikons. what brand do you prefer? thanks

I don’t know why, but when I went to import a video onto my PC, it would connect, but then just sit there and nothing would happen. I’ve imported things before (including videos), and it would always work. I don’t know why it’s suddenly doing this. And the video’s not in the files or anything, so I know it’s not working. I’m not very computer savvy so I don’t really understand why this is going on. Can anyone help? Thanks, it’s appreciated.

well i have been planning to get the:Sony – Alpha 10.2-Megapixel Digital SLR Camera (DSLR-A230L) and iits going to be my first digital SLR camera. Is it good for a begginer to these kind of cameras? does the it not having live view effect anything. oh and does it display a picture right after you take it?

Hi,
I was trying to purchase canon digital camera – D40 to my friend.
In the web site it says Canon SLR Digital “Body Only” for $1299. what does that mean ? What it contains ? does that mean it will not included lens ? only body ? or body only nothing in it kidding .. let me know if any have the answer to it.

I’m considering starting my own photography studio. I have a Nikon D80- is this a good camera for studio photography? Buying another camera is out of the question, so I really need to know if this is okay or not! Also, any extra tips for the studio would be greatly appreciated!

My kids accidentlly put my digital camera in the washer machine and washed it. Right now its coming on and showing the directions and stuff, but no image is coming on the screen. Its a 5 mega pixel Vivitar Camera. I really love this camera and it was on sale when i bought it and they are making it anymore. Should i consider it a lost cause and not try to wait until completely dry out and just buy another one that’s going to cost me at least $30 or $40 more? If someone can help me I will be very happy

Hey, Ive been looking for a camera for a couple days now and Ive come to a conclusion. The Nikon D50 with Nikon 28-80mm f/3.3-5.6 G Autofocus Lens for 500 dollars or the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT for 600 with Canon 18-55mm EF-S Lens. I am going to use this camera to take sports pictures and Im not sure which one would be best for that, keeping in mind the 100 dollar difference.

Panasonic charges $650 and I saw it onlikne ordering for $200 less? are these online companies reliable? I heard of one in NYC that is less and no taxes for me in Florida.
