I have several point and shoots, they are sandisk & pq sd memory card. I’m planning to buy a canon digital rebel xti and i’m just wondering if i can use these memory cards or if i have to buy a new one. thanks.

Okay, so I have a few videos on my mom’s digital camera and I want to put them on Youtube. But whenever I put the SD card into my laptop, no matter what file I put it in, I absolutely CAN NOT import onto Windows Movie Maker at ALL! Can someone help me please? Go step by step too because I don’t want to screw up anything. Please?
