I keep wanting to buy a Polaroid 12mp. But unsure, any one want to brag about the Camera they have i am willing to listen? Whats the best brand and what am i looking for i love landscapes at night but the camera i have is very lame.

I have a camera that doesn’t take night vision video, but I need that effect. How do I get that green night vision glow? Is there a way to get an effect on windows movie maker that adds a greenish tint to everything or some sort of filter to put on a camera that makes light look green, thus making daytime look like a night using night vision? Thanks

What is the best small camera for low light conditions?

An SLR is too big. Looking for a pocket sized camera.
Price not really a concern. So want a camera that can do high ISO with low noise and has image stabilisation.

Any recommendations?
I was thinking of the Canon PowerShot SD950 IS or Canon Powershot SD1100. Which both have ISO1600 and IS.

In the past Sony cameras such as the F717 had a good reputation for low-light. How do the modern Sony cameras compare?

My old camera was a 6 megapixel Samsung. It was pretty great. The only gripe I have is that it took poor pictures at night. We had some good times together, but tragically, I crushed it with my car. I’m now looking for a good camera that isn’t over $200, $250 max and I want it to be able to take good pictures at night. The Samsung took good pictures if I was able to keep it completely still. Any ideas?

I am filming a video project for school. We have a very basic video camera/camcorder. We do not have any other camera equipment or lighting equipment. However, I am able to use Sony Vegas 9 to edit my videos. How can I film/edit a good-looking night scene? This scene is supposed to be inside a house, at night.

Does anyone know a good camcorder under $1000 that has night vision that can work in pitch black conditions? I would also like it to be a small camera like handheld or maybe a little bigger.
