I’m not sure which of the cannon cameras are better. I know that there’s the cannon powershot sd1000, sd750, sd850… I think I heard there’s a sd890. Well if there’s another cannon and it’s better than the ones I’ve mentioned then i would like to know which that is. Thanks!

I’m going to get a new camera (old one’s not working) and I want a really good one that I’ll get my money’s worth out of and be able to take great shots, even videos, just for everyday things as well as events. I found out about this one and reviews made it sound great, but I’m just getting backup opinions before I decide to buy it. I even found a site to get it for $160 instead of $400. So if you could rate it 1-10 and say why, or just give comments, that’d be great.

I want to get a canon powershot digital camera, but there is more than one version, and I don’t know which is best. I need a widescreen, so I can get everything in the picture, without half of something being cut out of the shot. like only half of someone’s head makes it into the picture, ect. I want to avoid that from now on. I heard powershots had widescreens, now I just need to know which one to get. Thanks.

Here’s the problem. They’re totally cute while sophisticated but there are so many. And when I try to research it, the most sold kind mixes in with the latest models. They’re all 10 mp but there’s the SD88, the E1, etc.
Anyone know which is the best and newest?
Do you know which SD-again, so many! See the 1100 advertised a lot but it has 8 mp, isn’t that not as good?
