I recorded a video on my Canon EOS SLR Camera and I uploaded the video onto my computer. When I watched the video the sound was fine but the picture kept skipping. I wanted to upload some videos onto youtube of myself singing but I was wondering how to upload it so it doesn’t keep skipping like that.

I took my camera to the beach and it fell in the sand. After that, it never acted the same. The LCD screen wont turn on when it is opened. Only when closed, the reverse of what its supposed to do. How do I get the camera to be normal again? It is a Sony Handycam DCR-TRV280. It uses Digital 8 tapes.

I’m a college student looking for a great video camera and a pretty decent video program for editing videos?? College student=Short on cash. My major is going to be in Mass Communications and I’m looking for an excellent program and nice camera. Do you have any recommendations? Which is better one of the DV cams or one that uses dvds? I have a Kodak Zi8 and I’m filming some stuff outside and its really crappy video. I have it on 720p with 60 fps and its all fuzzy and stuff. It’s an overcast day so could that be why? I’m just getting kind of frustrated. Thanks for your help.

I have been working on a movie, but I want to know what a really good camera would be to film it. My friend has a Sony dcr-sr47 and I haven’t used it so I don’t know how well it is with video quality and audio. I was also looking into buying a Canon FS300, so I would like to know which is better, or if there is a camera better for under $500. I am also looking into editing software for my movies. From what I hear, Vegas Movie Studio 9 is pretty good, but I’m unsure.

I have a Sony DSC-w290 digital camera. I filmed a short video clip and, when I put the file on my computer, it has a huge watermark right in the middle saying “evaluation copy.” It doesn’t show up when I view the video on the camera, just on the computer. I ran it thorugh a couple different converters and video players, but it was still there. How do I get rid of it?

I need a new digital camera with video capability. I really wanted to get a nikon dSLR but I also need a video cam and I can’t afford both! So I am looking for something that takes good photos and good video for $400 or under. I know I could google it, but I would like suggestions based on your experience with the camera. Thanks!
