What Is The Camera That Takes One Color And Makes The Rest Black And White?

I see pictures on facebook, and my this girl in my grade has one. It’s a camera that you take a picture of one specific color and then the rest of the pictures you take only take that color out of the whole picture and make the rest of the picture black and white. All i know is that the camera does this and its a digital camera. What is the camera called? can you give me a link? the cost? Thank you for any help.

    it’s not usually a camera but the effect is called Coulour splash, mostly you use a normal camera and then use an application like photoshop to make the effect

    that is not a feature on cameras, it’s a photo edit in photoshop called color splash.

    A lot do that.I have a canon power shot.On mine its the my colors setting that does that just go into that menu
